CSMS and CNMS Parent Letter
Rodney Oxley will be conducting a free Hunter’s Education class at Yellowbanks in Selvin, Ind. on March 27-28, 2010. Classes both days will start at 7:30 a.m. and conclude at 1:00 p.m. Door prizes will be given on Sunday. Attendance is required both days to complete the course. Those interested must call Rodney at 812-760-8617 (cell) to register.
The Sharon Elementary PTO held its first ever Sock-Hop on January 15th. During the event the PTO voted to provide attendees the opportunity to donate funds to the 'Doctors without Borders' program (www.doctorswithoutborders.org), specifically designated for Haitian relief. The Sharon Elementary PTO not only collected funds at the event but also chose to donate the proceeds from the event. In total, $240.29 was donated to support Haitian relief efforts.
